How to Make Steamed Tofu and Egg Dish

Soft Tofu
200 grams Eggs: 1 pieceAuxiliary materials:
Salt: 2 grams Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon Cold water: as needed
Steps:
Prepare the ingredients.
1. Crack eggs into a bowl.2. Beat the eggs well, adding cold water equivalent to about twice the volume of the egg.



3. Add cornstarch and mix until bubbles form on the surface.



4. Mash the tofu with a spoon.



5. Quickly combine the egg mixture and tofu, stirring evenly.



6. Add salt.



7. Wrap the rim of the bowl tightly with (plastic wrap).



8. Steam for 10 minutes over boiling water.




9. Remove from heat immediately after steaming and take off the plastic wrap to prevent condensation from dripping into the bowl.



Tip:





1 Using
Beancurd Setwould yield better results;2 After 10 minutes of steaming, quickly remove it and take off the plastic wrap to avoid water droplets from the steam entering the bowl.
2 Steam for 10 minutes then quickly remove and peel off the cling wrap to prevent water from the cling wrap from dripping into the bowl.
