How to Make Original Beef Noodle Soup?

Ingredients/Seasonings
2 beef shanks
hand-pulled noodles1 pound
bok choya little bit
2 spring onions
Sauce ingredients: 2 spring onions
ginger1/2 piece
chili peppers2 pieces
garlic, several cloves
Chinese herb sauce packet 1 packet
soy sauce1/2 cup
1 tablespoon of sugar

Making Process
(1) Clean the beef shanks, blanch them, then rinse with cold water, slice and set aside.
