Ingredients: 50g silver ear fungus, 50g longan, 15 rice glutinous pearls, appropriate amount of rock sugar
Method
1. Soak the lotus seeds for half a day and add them with the silver ear fungus to continue soaking for 1 hour.
2. Soak the longan meat in warm water for 5 minutes, remove impurities, rinse briefly with some water, and set aside.
3. After soaking, rinse the silver ear fungus to remove impurities, then tear it into small pieces.
4. Add the prepared silver ear fungus, lotus seeds, and longan meat together
to a slow cooker,add an appropriate amount of water (a little more water is okay), bring to a boil, add rock sugar, switch to low heat and continue cooking for 90 minutes or until tender.
