How do you make American-style chicken wings?

Ingredients:
Chicken wings3 pieces,Breadcrumbs, sufficient amount, pepper and salt to taste, batter: 1 egg,Low-glutenflour6 tablespoons,Cornstarch2 tablespoons, water 250 ml
Steps:
1. Mix low-gluten flour and cornstarch in a large bowl until evenly combined, then add water to form a batter.Eggwhisked in a bowl until well mixed, then mix with the batter from step 1 until uniformly combined into a batter.
2. Rinse chicken wings, and dip them evenly in the batter from step 2.3. Coat the chicken wings with bread crumbs.4. Prepare for frying by coating the pieces of chicken wings with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a pot until it reaches 180℃.
6. Fry the coated chicken wings over medium heat until they turn golden and crispy, then remove and drain excess oil. Serve with pepper and salt.
Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot.Heat the oil to 180℃, then gently place the coated chicken wings from step 4 into it.Fry at medium heat until the surface turns golden and crispy, remove and drain the excess oil.
