How to Make Steamed Chicken

Ingredients:
One young rooster,Five grams of ginger paste,Five grams of white onion strips,.5 gram of fine salt,Six grams of peanut oil,PeanutsOil 6 grams
Method: 1. Mix the scallions, ginger, and fine salt separately in two small bowls.MediumfireHeat a pan with oil until it's slightly boiling, remove from heat, and pour over the two small bowls for seasoning.
2. Clean the chicken, simmer it in water, lifting it out twice during cooking to change the water inside and keep the internal temperature consistent.
3. Cook for about fifteen minutes until done. Use a hook to lift the chicken out and immediately submerge it in cold water to cool down. Remove any feathers and skin, then remove from heat.
4. Dry the skin, pour over cooked peanut oil, chop into small pieces, and arrange on a plate to resemble a chicken shape.Serve with ginger paste and onion strips when eating.
