How to Make Steamed Pork with Rice Noodles

Main ingredients: Skin-on pork belly,250 grams,rice100 grams, 1 tablespoon of cooking winesoy sauce
1 tablespoon, salt,magnesium bicarbonatean appropriate amount, sugar,monosodium glutamate (MSG)and an appropriate amount of five-spice powder, a small amount of sesame oil,gingershreds each in an appropriate amount,
preparation:
1) Wash the pork belly and cut it into slices less than 1 cm thick. Place them in a bowl and mix with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, sweet bean sauce, chopped scallions, ginger shreds, five-spice powder, and sesame oil;
2) Rinse the rice, drain well, and stir-fry it over low heat until slightly golden. Remove and cool before grinding into coarse grains,rice flour;3) Pour the rice flour into the bowl with the pork slices, add a little water to moisten the flour so that each slice of meat can be coated thickly with rice flour.
