(1) First, slice the ribs and wash them. Boil in hot water to remove the fishy smell, then rinse again. Heat 6 cups of water with the ribs and seasonings 1 and simmer for 1 hour on medium heat until the meat is slightly tender. Remove from the pot.
(2) Marinate the meat with seasonings 2 for about 15 minutes.
Fry
PanPlace butter in a pan, melt it, and add the ribs. Pan-fry both sides until they are slightly charred, then pour in white
WineCook until well-seasoned, then transfer to a serving dish.
(3) Wash and dry the lemon, use a grater to zest 1 teaspoon of it, mix with plain yogurt, and drizzle over the ribs. Arrange lemon slices around the edges.
