1. Soak the vermicelli and bamboo shoots in warm water until soft. Cut the pork belly into small pieces, cut the green onion into segments, and slice the ginger.



2. Put the chopped pork belly in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and drain the water.

Tip: Choosesweet potatostarch orpotatostarch vermicelli. If you cannot find wide vermicelli, you can also use thick vermicelli as a substitute.You can also add some potatoes to make it even more fragrant.
