It's very simple, homemade.
four
eggs,a packet of
milk,five spoons of sugar
(using the spoon for daily meals), low flour (or use high flour and potato starch in a 4:1 ratio).Separate the egg yolks from the whites, put four spoons of sugar and half a packet of milk into the yolk mixture, stir evenly.
Siftflour
into
the yolk mixture (it's better to sift it).Stir
the flourslowly until well combined (do not stir too quickly).
Place
the whitesin a large bowl without water or oil, add a pinch of salt or a few drops of white
vinegar,
or lemon juice and beat to stiff peaks. The
meringueshould be like cream, not flowing anymore is about right.
Divide the beaten whites into the yolk mixture in three parts, stir with a rice cooker measuring spoon (do not stir in circles), and the batter is ready~~(you can also add matcha powder, cocoa powder, or melted chocolate).
Putmicrowave-safe
bowlin a thin layer of oil, pour the batter into it, and cook on high for four minutes.
Alternatively,
microwavecups can be used, fill half with batter and cook each for one minute.
You can also use disposable cups, pour half a cup of batter in, one minute per cup.
