Ingredients:Rice,Ham,Sausage,,Red bell pepper,Green bell pepper,,Shiitake mushrooms,Bok choy,,Eggs,Green peas,Black pepper powder,,Olive oil
,
1. Wash the red bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, and green bell peppers, then cut them into small cubes (bok choy can be cut larger), dice the ham sausage, and chop the garlic into large pieces.
2. Blanch the green peas in boiling water and set aside.
3. Heat a little oil in a wok, add the garlic granules to fry until fragrant, then add the red bell pepper cubes, green bell pepper cubes, shiitake mushroom cubes, and green peas, stir-fry together while sprinkling a bit of white pepper powder.4. Add diced ham sausage and bok choy, stir-fry for a few more seconds, then add the rice, add some salt and chicken essence, stir-fry for a moment before removing from heat and serving.5. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a little salt and cooking wine until well mixed.
6. In a lightly oiled pan, heat to about 50% hotness, then pour the egg mixture slowly (leave a small amount at the bottom), forming an omelette.
7. When the base of the omelette is cooked but the top is still runny, place some rice in the middle of the omelette and spread it out evenly.8. Using a spatula, fold the edges of the omelette towards the center while brushing with egg wash to seal. Be quick as this step can be very hot.
9. Flip the formed omelette package over and briefly grill the bottom surface so that the edges are set to prevent the rice from spilling out when served.10. Serve the omelette packages on a plate, drizzle with tomato sauce, and accompany it with a glass of yogurt. When the bottom has solidified but the top is not fully set, place some cooked rice in the middle of the omelette, spreading it out.
7. Use a wooden spatula to fold the edges of the omelette inward while brushing the edges with egg liquid, forming an omelette roll; this step can be quite hot, so work quickly.
8. Turn the omelette roll over and slightly toast the bottom to set the egg liquid on the edges, preventing it from peeling apart when served.
9. Serve by placing the omelette rolls on a plate, adding some tomato sauce on top, and serving with a cup of yogurt.
