How to Make Mandarin Fish with Hot Chili Bean Sauce

Ingredients:Bream1 piece,

Seasonings;oil, salt, sugar, cooking wine, old soy sauce, green onion,ginger, garlic, red oilfermented bean pastesauce.Prepare the red oil fermented bean paste sauce. Clean the bream by removing scales, gills, and intestines.

Methods;

1. Heat oil in a pot, dry the bream, and fry it in the pot.

2. Fry both sides until done, then add an appropriate amount of water, and put in onion knots, garlic cloves, and ginger slices.

3. Add 2 tablespoonsof red oil fermented bean paste sauce.4. Add sugar, old soy sauce, cooking wine, and simmer for 8 minutes over high heat.

5. Add salt, and cook for another minute.

6. Garnish with some chopped green onions before serving.
