How to make strawberry cream puff pastries
Step 1 Mix butter, sugar, salt, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat and stir the flour mixture until it no longer sticks to the pan. Turn off the heat.
Step 2 Once the batter is lukewarm, add the beaten eggs gradually while stirring until a pick can hold a 4 cm triangle shape.
Step 3 Transfer the batter into a piping bag and pipe onto baking sheets.

Step 4 Pour strawberry-flavored yogurt and powdered milk into the milk cream, then whip with an electric mixer until soft peaks form (about 80% whipped). Pipe it using a piping bag.
