StewedTofuHomemade Method:
Ingredients: 4 pieces of tofu, a freshred bell pepper,one piece, 3 garlic cloves, a little chopped green onion

1. Cut the red bell pepper into small circles, and mince the garlic cloves;
2. Slice each piece of tofu into four cubes, then soak them in warm salt water for 10 minutes, drain and pat dry;
