Orange juiceCod fish

Ingredients: cod, new ® orange,Egg,Flour,Bread crumbsMillet flour, water starch.
Water starch.Seasonings: brandy, salt, sugar,Black pepper,Olive oil
. Steps:
1 Cod fish thawed and washed naturally, with the large bone removed and cut into pieces;
2 Marinate the fish pieces in whiteGrapeswine, salt, black pepper for more than half an hour;
3 Cut the new ® orange in half and juice it;
4 Coat the marinated cod pieces with flour, egg liquid, and bread crumbs, pressing them tightly on both sides;
5 Heat a frying pan, add olive oil. When the oil is about 50% hot, fry the cod pieces over medium heat until the fish meat turns golden brown, then remove and drain the excess oil before arranging them on a plate;
6 Pour the orange juice into a small pot, bring to a boil, add a little salt and sugar, thicken with water starch, and pour it over the fried cod.
