I. Soak the dry roses in boiling water for 10 minutes, strain out the juice (Figure 1)

Roast chicken wings:I. Clean the chicken wings, dry them with kitchen paper, place in the rose molasses sauce, marinate for at least four hours (Figure 4)II. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (adjust based on your oven's characteristics) for 10 minutes
III. Arrange the chicken wings on the baking tray (Figure 6), roast at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes (turn over once during this time), take out and brush with molasses sauce, continue roasting for another 5 minutes to finish
