酸扎鱼

简介

家里有剩鱼时,可把鱼洗净拌上米粉和红辣子放到坛子里腌10天半个月,便成酸扎鱼。吃时,把腌成的鱼从坛子里取出,放上用茶油或菜油煎,即成一道酸辣醇香的风味菜。同法腌制的猪肉,便成酸扎肉,味道同样酸辣可口。
