家常软炸虾仁怎么做
食材准备
虾仁200克,鸡蛋150克,小麦面粉50克,淀粉10克,盐3克,味精2克,料酒5克,椒盐3克,花生油25克。
方法步骤
1.将虾仁洗净,除去虾线。
2.虾仁入碗中加精盐、味精、料酒搅匀。
3.碗中加鸡蛋清、面粉、淀粉、少许水,调成糊。
4.勺内加花生油烧热,将虾仁裹拌入糊,逐个下入油中,炸至金黄色时捞出装盘即成,上席带椒盐。
