Steps

1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add the crab sticks. Drain the water and set aside;

2. Whisk twoegg yolksand pour into a pot;Steamfor 10 minutes;

3. After steaming, let cool and set aside. Heat oil in a pot, then fry the tteokbokki;

4. Add the crab sticks, gochujang, salt, sugar, garlic sauce, andsoy sauce;Stir until well combined;

5. Add sesame seeds and stir. Chop the cooled egg yolks and sprinkle over the tteokbokki as a garnish;

6. Prepare the fried tteokbokki and arrange it on a plate. Layer tteokbokki on top, and drizzle with salad dressing;

7. Add another layer of tteokbokki, and arrange it in layers. Finally, drizzle with salad dressing and chopped egg yolk.

Ingredients

Tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes) as needed,onion1,cabbagea little, 2 tablespoons of gochujang,vinegar,salt, sugar as needed.

Steps

1. First, stir-fry the cabbage, onion, and other ingredients, adding a little salt to taste;

2. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the tteokbokki and 2 tablespoons of Korean gochujang. Cover the pot and simmer;

3. When most of the water has evaporated, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and a little vinegar to thicken the sauce.

Tips

As you know, Korean gochujang is very different from Chinese gochujang. It's best to use authentic gochujang.

Ingredients

Tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes),carrots1, bell peppersonion, water, Korean gochujang,chili powder,black pepper,beefpowder,MSG,salt, salad oil,white pepper..

Steps

1. Cut the vegetables into strips. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl;

2. Boil the tteokbokki in water, and add 1 tablespoon of the prepared tteokbokki sauce. Once softened, drain the water;

3. Pour the water from boiling the tteokbokki into the pot, add the remaining tteokbokki sauce, and stir constantly until it's cooked through. Then, add the vegetables;

4. After the vegetables are cooked, add the tteokbokki and stir constantly;

5. Finally, thicken the sauce and serve.

Tips

Tteokbokki tends to stick to the pot, so stir constantly.
