2. Wash the pork bones, then blanch them in boiling water, remove the blood, and rinse with clean water.3. Place the pork bones in a pot and add cold water.

4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about one hour. Do not add water during this time.

5. Add the winter melon and simmer for about fifteen minutes.

6. Add appropriate amount of salt and green onion, then remove from heat.

Wash the scallions, chop into small pieces.Wash the ginger, slice thinly.Peel and slice the winter gourd.

Wash the pork bones, then blanch in boiling water, remove the blood. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.Place the pork bones in a pot.Add cold water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.Simmer for about an hour, without adding water.Add the winter gourd and simmer for about 15 minutes.
