食材准备
发酵面团200克,猪肉馅、韭菜各100克。精盐、味精、酱油、姜末、香油、食用油各适量。
方法步骤
1.韭菜洗净,切碎,加猪肉馅、精盐、味精、姜末、酱油、香油拌匀成馅料。
2.取发酵面团搓条,下剂擀皮,包入馅料,捏成圆包子。
3.平底锅烧热,刷匀油,放入包子煎1分钟,倒入面水(面粉加水调成的稀糊),加盖,小火煎至水干,淋少许油,煎至包子底部焦黄酥脆,馅心熟透即可。
4.煎制包子时须加盖,否则馅不易熟透。
