乌鸡1只、芦笋100克、南瓜60克,葱段、姜片、盐、味精各适量。
方法步骤
1.乌鸡宰杀去内脏,洗净切块,入沸水中焯去血水除腥;芦笋去老皮洗净,切段,稍焯;南瓜去皮及子,洗净切块。
2.煲锅置火上,倒入适量清水,放入乌鸡块、葱段、姜片,大火煮沸后改小火煲约1小时,加芦笋段、南瓜块继续煲约30分钟,加盐、味精调味即可。
