Method Steps

Method Steps
1. Wash and devein the large shrimp and remove the shrimp line;

3. Add a spoonful of salt and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes;
4. Remove the shrimp and make a dipping sauce with ginger, minced garlic, vinegar, and salt, and enjoy.
