Ingredients

Live shrimp, green onionGingerGarlic, salt, sesame oil,Soy sauce,as needed.

Instructions

1. Wash and drain the shrimp, and boil the green onion and ginger in water.

Instructions

Instructions

1. In a pot, add green onion, ginger, and fresh star anise, and boil.

2. Wash and prepare the shrimp, then add them to the pot, along with salt, sweet pepper rings, and chili pepper rings.

3. Simmer for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it rest for half an hour.

Tips

When processing shrimp, it is best to remove the shrimp's vein.
