煎蛋面的家常做法
食材准备
挂面100克,番茄1个,鸡蛋2个,小白菜50克,葱、姜各10克,植物油30毫升,白胡椒粉、盐各少许。
方法步骤
1.将番茄洗净,去蒂切片;葱姜切末;锅中加少油,把一个鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋备用。
2.用底油加葱末、姜末一起和番茄片翻炒,大概炒出汤汁的时候,加水烧开。
3.锅中再放入挂面,加少许盐,继续煮2-3分钟即可。
4.关火前,顺便放些小白菜心,将鸡蛋打散,打入蛋花,点入少许香油,即可起锅。
5.面中最后放上煎好的荷包蛋即可。
