肉末水蒸蛋的做法
食材准备
瘦肉50克,鸡蛋3个,香葱2根。蚝油2大匙,盐1小匙,熟白芝麻适量。
方法步骤
1.将鸡蛋打入碗内,拌匀,加入适量温水、油、盐搅拌均匀。香葱洗净,切成碎末。
2.起锅热油,倒入肉末,加少许盐炒散炒熟,放入蚝油和葱末,炒出香味后盛出备用。
3.在蒸锅内加入适量水,烧沸后,放入鸡蛋液,小火隔水蒸15分钟。
4.揭开蒸锅后,可用筷子插入蒸蛋,如果还太稀就继续蒸一会儿。
5.待蒸好后取出,把肉末铺在蛋面上,再撒上白芝麻即成。
