榨菜水蒸蛋的做法

鸡蛋2个,榨菜50克,冬笋25克,火腿20克,香菜2克,精盐2克,味精1克,葱3克,姜2克。
方法步骤
1.将榨菜、冬笋、火腿分别切成0.5厘米的见方丁,香菜切段,葱、姜分别切末。
2.将鸡蛋打入碗内搅匀,加入400克水,然后加入榨菜、冬笋、火腿、精盐和味精搅匀,再上屉蒸15分钟左右,待蛋糕成熟后端出,在上面撒上葱末和姜末。
3.勺内加入1手勺油,烧至三四成热时,浇在葱、姜末上,再撒上香菜段即成。
