Steps

1. Pour 80℃ hot water into the matcha, stir carefully to avoid clumping, and set aside.

3. Add sugar to the egg yolks and beat with an electric mixer until a light yellow color is achieved. Confirm the concentration by touching it with your finger.

4. After the material in step 3 reaches a certain concentration, add the matcha from step 1, stir evenly, and turn off the heat. Quickly cool it down by placing it in ice water, then put it into a shallow container and refrigerate to freeze.

5. Freeze until solid, cut into ice cube size, put in blender, add remaining milk and blend until smooth.
