香辣油麦菜的家常做法
食材准备
油麦菜200克,花生仁10克,干辣椒段10克,花椒、白糖各5克,醋、盐、鸡精各2克。
方法步骤
1.花生仁炸熟晾凉;将油麦菜择去老叶,洗净后切段,沥干水分,盛盘,备用。
2.锅内倒油,烧至五成热,放入干辣椒段、花椒炸香,捞出干辣椒段、花椒,麻辣油晾凉后倒入油麦菜盘中拌匀。
3.加盐、白糖、醋、鸡精,放入花生仁搅拌均匀即可。
小贴士
不要把洗过的油麦菜放入冰箱,这样容易腐烂。
