牛蛙砂锅粥的做法
食材准备
牛蛙肉100克,香菜10克,水发大米130克,姜片少许盐3克,鸡粉3克,胡椒粉少许,芝麻油2毫升,料酒4毫升。
方法步骤
1.香菜洗净切末;牛蛙肉洗净斩块,加盐、鸡粉、料酒拌匀,腌渍约10分钟。
2.砂锅中注水烧开,倒入洗净的大米拌匀,用大火煮沸,改用小火煮约30分钟至大米熟软,倒入牛蛙拌匀,撒上姜片,搅动几次,用小火煮约5分钟至蛙肉熟透。
3.加入少许盐、鸡粉,撒上胡椒粉,淋入少许芝麻油拌匀,放入香菜末拌匀,续煮片刻至断生即成。
