How to make morel mushrooms with bell peppers in tea oil:
1. Take the softened and washed morel mushrooms, remove the stems, split them open, cut green and red chili peppers (remove the seeds), and chop the old ginger by side-cutting it.

2. Heat a wok with vegetable oil, then add the chopped old ginger to stir-fry until fragrant. Add the morel mushrooms, pour in some water, add cooking wine, season with salt, and simmer over low heat for 4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
