Steamed Bamboo Shoot with Garlic and Fried Vermicelli:
1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft; peel the bamboo shoot and cut it into uniform lengths.
2. Drain the vermicelli, place it at the bottom of a dish, and arrange the bamboo shoots on top.
3. Chop the garlic finely and mix it with rice bowl sauce, a little soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil to make a dipping sauce.
