How do you make quick-fried cauliflower with sauce?

The saucecaulifloweringredients include: cauliflower, Italian meat sauceand oil, salt,MSG.Steps to make the sauce cauliflower:

1. Cut off the tough bottom of the cauliflower and break it into small pieces, then wash them.

2. Bring water to a boil, add the cauliflower and blanch for 1 minute, then remove and cool with cold water.

3. Heat a pot, add oil, and stir-fry the cauliflower until almost done. Add one and a half tablespoons of Italian meat sauce, season with a little salt and MSG, and cook thoroughly.

Note: It is best not to stir-fry cauliflower with
