How to make stir-fried pork slices with edamame:

1. Rinse the pork belly, drain the water, cut into slices. Clean the chili peppers and 2 small garlic cloves, slice the ginger. Wash the edamame and set aside.

 

 


2. Heat a wok, add the pork belly to release oil until it turns light brown. Remove the pork and add the edamame with salt, quickly stir-fry until they are almost cooked through. Return the pork to the pan, add soy sauce and continue quick stir-frying. At the end, add the sliced chili peppers and season with MSG and salt before serving.
