How to make Pak choi and Doubanjiang Crisps:
1 Place the washed fresh adzuki beans ina steamer potand steam for 2-3 minutes. Once done, transfer them to a dish to cool.
2 Clean the pak choi and chop it into fine pieces. Soak it briefly in water again before squeezing out the excess moisture and placing it on a plate. Next, place the cooled adzuki beans in a blender, blend them into a paste, and mix with a large bowl. Add the chopped pak choi, along with a bit of butter, and thoroughly mix.
3 Add some salt and Sichuan pepper oil to the paste, stir well, then mold it into small molds or small bowls and place them on a dish to serve.
