Stir-fried sticky rice:
1. Soak the sticky rice in cold water for 4 hours, then steam it in a steamer pot with a cover for 30 minutes.steam2. Soak the mushrooms and dried shrimp in cold water for ten minutes, wash them, and re-soak them in a small amount of warm water for about thirty minutes (save the water used for soaking). Chop the onion, ham, and water-soaked mushrooms, shrimp; finely chop the green onions and coriander.
3. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the chopped onions until lightly browned, then add the chopped mushrooms, ham, and dried shrimp to stir-fry until fragrant. Add the steamed sticky rice and a small amount of the soaking water for the mushrooms (add it little by little so that the rice does not get too soft), and stir well.
4. Stir the rice until it is separated, then add all the seasonings and chopped green onions and coriander. Stir-fry until the rice is dry.
Scramble the rice and add all the seasonings and green onions, chopped cilantro; stir-fry until the rice is dry.
