How to Make Wood Ear and Cabbage with Fans:

1. Heat a pot with oil, scramble the eggs in it with a spoon, then remove and set aside.

2. In another pot with oil, add green onion, ginger, and garlic, stir-fry, then add shredded Chinese cabbage until slightly wilted. Add salt, cooking wine, sugar,dark soy sauce, stir-fry again, then add fans and scrambled eggs.
