The steps for making Sichuan Pepper Chicken:
First,cut the chicken into pieces and marinate with egg white, salt, and wet starch.slice the Chinese white lotus root.Second, when the oil is five, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, then drain them.
Third, in a hot pan with cool oil, stir-fry the Pixian fermented bean paste sauce, add dried chili peppers, cook until fragrant, then add soy sauce and water.
