Steps to make kimchi cheese stuffed shrimp:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Cut a slit in the middle of the tofu root, and slightly chop the kimchi.
Mix the kimchi and water buffalo cheese in a large bowl, adding salt.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper powder.
Fill the prepared stuffing into the tofu roots, then place a shrimp in the center.
Place the pot on the stoveHeat with a little oil, fry the stuffed tofu until golden brown and the cheese melts, then remove from the pan.Arrange the fried stuffed tofu on a baking dish and bake in the oven for 13 minutes until golden. Remove and sprinkle with additional salt and seven-flavor powder to taste.
