  • 1. Soak the mushrooms in advance.

  • 2. Cut the chicken into pieces and wash them.

  • 3. Heat oil in a pot.

  • 4. Stir-fry the chicken pieces.

  • 5. Add vinegar, rice wine, soy sauce (fresh), soy sauce (old), sugar, stir-fry evenly.
