1. Clean the chicken, cut into pieces

2. Soak and wash mushrooms

3. Prepare green onions, ginger, and garlicCumin seeds

4. Heat the pot, then stir-fry the chicken until it changes color

6. Pour in beer to cover the chicken, add green onions, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, soy sauce, vinegar

Tips
