How to Make Curry Bok Choy:

Ingredients:Bok choy, curry block

2. Wash the bok choy.

3. Place it on the cutting board and cut it open.

4. Heat a wok with oil over medium heat, add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry.

5. Add the curry block.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of water.

7. Stir-fry until the bok choy is fully cooked.

8. Then, add salt to taste.

9. Add monosodium glutamate to taste.

10. Season and stir-fry evenly, then it's ready.

11. Serve by pouring it out of the wok onto a plate.
