  Steps for Preparation1. Rinse the chicken thighs to remove

  bloodand remove the skin, then cut the meat into pieces.Chicken Meat

  2.Marinate the chicken with cooking wine, soy sauce, starch, and salt for half an hour.3. Prepare scallions, ginger, and garlic.

  4. Mix vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, broth, a little salt, and starch in a bowl to make the sauce.

  5. Roast peanuts in oil until golden brown.

  6. Heat the pot with oil, then add a few and chili powder to stir-fry until fragrant.

  7. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

  8. Add scallions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry together.

  9. Pour in the sauce and stir well. Just before serving, add peanuts and toss.

  1. Taste the sauce and adjust ingredients to your preference if needed.

  If you're unsure how much seasoning to add, taste the sauce after mixing; it's good enough if it tastes delicious.
