Prepare the required ingredients.
Chop beef and pork into mince,Radicchio, onion, celery into fine pieces, peel tomato and cut it into small cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add onion.
Sauté onion on low heat until fragrant.
Add beef and pork mince.
Stir-fry beef and pork until cooked.
Add tomato cubes, radicchio, and celery pieces for 30 seconds.
Pour in broth.
Then add tomato sauce.
Finally, add Mediterranean herb.
Mix well and simmer on medium-low heat for an hour.
After an hour of simmering, the sauce starts to thicken.
Mix cornstarch with water, then add it to the ragù, stirring continuously.
Bring the ragù to a boil, turn off the heat.
Let it cool completely before storing in a container and refrigerating.
Tips
Ragù can be stored for a long time and is suitable for freezing. Just ensure it does not come into contact with water; it will remain fresh for a month.
Blanch tomatoes in boiling water to easily remove the skin.
