  Chinese carp1000g

  Sufficient pickled mustard greens

  Drychili peppersas needed

  1. Cut the carp into pieces, separate the fish bones andhead.keep them separately.Prepare other necessary seasonings2. Marinate the fish slices with cooking wine and cornstarch for 15 minutes

  3. Add a bit more oil than usual to the pot, then add ginger, garlic,and Sichuan peppercornsto stir-fry until fragrant. Add in the less tender fish head4. Fry the fish head until it turns white before adding the pickled mustard greens

  5. Add enough water, put in the fish bones, and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes6. Use chopsticks to add the fish meat piece by piece into the boiling soup, and cook until boiling.

  1. The fish slices must be marinated with starch to prevent them from becoming tough
