  Chili Powder Adequate amountProcedure for Spicy Crab1. Turn the crab over and remove the bottom soft lid first.

  2. Flip it back to peel off the large shell cover on the front, then use your hand to clean up the gills and other hair-like parts, leaving only two big crab claws; crack them with the back of a knife, then split the body in half.

  3. Slice the ginger, peel the garlic, cut the spring onion into long strips, and put the Sichuan pepper, dried hot chili peppers, cinnamon, and star anise in a bowl for later use.

  4. In a wok or large pan, add plenty of oil and heat it up to 80% hot.Fryuntil deeply golden
