简介
玉米面面鱼是陇南地区特色热门小吃之一,将玉米面在大铁锅中搅成糊状。煮熟。用特制的勺子做出。醋辣汤汁或武都酸菜汤。
做法
玉米面加中筋面粉加冷水和成面团待用;冬菇、包菜、胡萝卜切丝,加入盐、味精、白胡椒粉、香油制成馅。将面团下剂檊皮包入馅心制成开口锅贴,整齐摆入平锅,加入水没过锅贴。上火盖上锅盖煎制,待水分收干,将锅贴底部煎成金黄色即成。
