How to make Japanese egg fried rice

2. Dice chicken and onion into 1cm pieces, slice mushrooms into 5mm pieces, mince garlic.Green beansBlanch in water

3. Add a little oil to the pot, sauté the chopped onion until it turns yellow and dark, add the diced chicken, cook until browned, add the mushrooms, add tomato sauce, stir until combined, add mixed vegetables

4. Continue cooking until the sauce is mostly absorbed, add rice and stir until combined, set aside

5. Whisk 2 eggs and add 1 tablespoon of milk.Add a little oil to the pot, pour in the egg mixture, quickly stir with chopsticks, rotate the pot to create an egg omelet.
