方法步骤
1.将土豆去皮,洗净,切成滚刀块;茄子洗净,切成滚刀块;猪肉洗净切片。
2.锅内加油烧至五成热,放入葱、姜、蒜炝锅。
3.放入肉片炒透,加入料酒、酱油、肉汤。
