熘胡萝卜丸子的做法
食材准备
胡萝卜400克,湿淀粉100克,面粉80克,香菜25克,酱油、盐、葱、姜、五香粉、植物油各适量。
方法步骤
1.胡萝卜洗净,擦成丝,剁碎后放入容器,撒入香菜末、五香粉、食盐、面粉、湿淀粉。搅拌成馅。
2.用调制好的馅做成小丸子,放入油锅中炸成金红色,捞出沥油待用。
3.热锅中放入花生油,烧至六成热后放入葱、姜末,煸炒出香味后加入少许酱油、盐和300毫升的清水,大火烧开后,用淀粉勾芡,放入丸子,搅拌均匀,略烧后即可出锅。
