干炸带鱼的做法四
食材准备
带鱼500克,姜粉少许,花椒粉1/2茶匙,淀粉适量,盐1/2茶匙,油适量。
方法步骤
1.带鱼去鳞、去内脏,并去除黑膜后切去头、尾,洗净控干。
2.用刀切成斜段;然后加入盐、姜粉、花椒粉腌制30分钟。
3.锅中油烧至五成热,将腌好的带鱼段,用纸巾擦干水分。
4.两面拍入干淀粉,逐一放入锅中,炸至两面金黄后盛出。
5.带鱼全部炸完之后,再提高锅中油温至七成热,将带鱼再次放入锅中复炸10秒钟即可。
